1. Sovereign Engineering Philosophy

We build tools for the modern builder, craftsman, and developer—not data-harvesting malware. Our native executables (.exe), offline construction calculation tools, and client-side utilities are engineered to operate locally on your edge device with minimal or zero remote footprint.

2. Data Collection Boundaries

Because our software operates locally and offline whenever possible, we do not monitor your device, phone home, or record project telemetry. The only data collected is strictly limited to:

Commerce & Transactions: When purchasing licenses or products, payment information is processed via certified PCI-compliant gateways (Stripe, Gumroad). We never store raw credit cards.
User-Initiated Communications: Direct emails or contact submissions to our support desk (admin@hexnemesis.com).
Transient Operational Logs: Standard web server connection logs (IP address, user agent) maintained temporarily for DDoS defense, intrusion prevention, and server health.

3. Zero Data Sale & Zero Third-Party Sharing

We hold an unwavering stance regarding your information:

No Data Brokering: We will never sell, lease, or trade your contact info or project details under any circumstance.
No Ad Networks: We do not run invasive cross-site tracking pixels or commercial ad network telemetry.
No AI Model Harvesting: Your private calculations, job estimates, and code inputs are never fed to public third-party LLMs without your explicit authorization.

4. User Rights & Data Erasure

You maintain 100% sovereignty over any data associated with your interactions. You may at any time request a full export of any records or demand permanent cryptographic erasure from our systems by contacting: admin@hexnemesis.com.
