These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of hexnemesis.com, all affiliated subdomains, and all software, downloadable desktop tools, browser bookmarklets, scripts, APIs, calculators, and documentation (collectively, the 'Services') authored or distributed by HexNemesis Productions and Weldon Giles Sr. ('Company', 'we', 'us'). 2. Software License & Intellectual Property

All source code, proprietary algorithms, compiled binaries, user interfaces, scripts, and bookmarklets are the intellectual property of Weldon Giles Sr. / HexNemesis Productions (© 2026). Upon acquisition, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the tools for individual or internal business contracting operations. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or reselling our binary tools without authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Construction, Carpentry & Engineering Calculation Disclaimer

Our calculation utilities—including but not limited to Stair Stringer Calculators, Rafter Cut Mathematics, Drywall Estimators, Board Foot Sizers, Concrete Slab Formulations, Shiplap Spacers, Cabinetry Overlay Layouters, and HVAC Load Estimators—are digital mathematical modeling aids only.

Job Site Responsibility: You are solely responsible for independently verifying all dimensions, pitch angles, cut depths, and load-bearing spans on the physical job site prior to performing labor or cutting raw materials.
No Liability for Material Waste: We accept zero liability for damaged lumber, incorrect cuts, structural failures, or permit rejections. Always verify with local building codes and certified structural engineers.

4. Scripts, Bookmarklets & Automation Code Disclaimer

Any automation script, scraping utility, browser bookmarklet, or console command is supplied for developer productivity and technical educational purposes only.

Execution Risk: You are solely responsible for executing bookmarklets and scripts within your own browser or server environment.
Third-Party Compliance: You warrant that your use complies with the acceptable use policies of any third-party websites or services you interact with. We are not liable for account suspensions, rate-limiting, or session invalidation resulting from automated actions.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HEXNEMESIS PRODUCTIONS, WELDON GILES SR., OR SYSTEM AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, HARDWARE RECOVERY EXPENSE, OR LABOR DISPUTES) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITES, SCRIPTS, OR SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
